Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully. Violation of these codes, or suspected violations, may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of services or membership. Grizzly Herb reserves to right to revoke a membership permanently, at any time and for any reason.

These Terms govern your access to, usage of all content, Product and Services available at https://grizzlyherb.com/ (the “Service”) operated by (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to our services are subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules and policies published and that may be published from time to time by us.

By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the terms of the Agreement, then you may not access or use our Services.

Intellectual Property

The Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any of Ours or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with and its licensors.

Accounts

Where use of any part of our Services requires an account, you agree to provide us with complete and accurate information when you register for an account.

You will be solely responsible and liable for any activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for keeping your account information up-to-date and for keeping your password secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account that you use to access the Service. You shall not share or misuse your access credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized uses of your account or upon becoming aware of any other breach of security.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

If you wish to terminate the Agreement or your account, you may simply discontinue using our Services.

All provisions of the Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer

Our Services are provided “AS IS.” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither , nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, our Services at your own discretion and risk.

Members Must Understand:

No Minors. You must be 19 years or older to use the Grizzly Herb site or any of its products. By becoming a member you have confirmed that you are at least 19 years of age or older. We do not provide to minors under any circumstances.

No Reselling or Sharing. We provide cannabis and cannabis related products for personal use only. Any resale or sharing of our products is strictly forbidden, as is sharing of Grizzly Herb membership details or logins for any reason. All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.

Be Responsible. Please use your cannabis and cannabis related products in a responsible and respectful manner. Keep out of reach of children and animals. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery if you have consumed cannabis in any form.

Members Consent To The Following:

I confirm all the information in my application to be true, correct and complete. I understand that the use of fraudulent information will result in immediate termination of Grizzly Herb membership.

I understand that cannabis may cause temporary impairment including changes in cognitive ability and short-term memory loss while medicated. I understand that cannabis may temporarily affect my heart rate and/or blood pressure. I will be especially careful of impairment when consuming edible products or extracts and concentrates. I will not drive, operate heavy machinery, swim, dive or take part in physically risky endeavours while using cannabis and/or cannabis products.

I understand that Grizzly Herb provides medical cannabis to me only, and that reselling and/or sharing is strictly forbidden. I understand that Grizzly Herb reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if I’m suspected of re-selling cannabis products.

I understand that cannabis products are not to be transported outside of Canada. I will not attempt to internationally transport Grizzly Herb products or other cannabis goods.

I am aware that combining cannabis with pharmaceutical drugs could be harmful, and I agree to consult with a physician before use.

I will avoid combining cannabis with alcohol or recreational drugs due to known negative effects.

I promise to use cannabis and cannabis related products responsibly and respectfully. I will not consume cannabis or become intoxicated in public settings and/or settings where minors might be present.

I will not dispense cannabis to a minor under any circumstances, except where specifically advised by a physician.

I am aware of the possibility that cannabis could negatively affect a developing fetus, as with many medications. I will not consume cannabis while pregnant or nursing, under any circumstances.

I will take care to keep my cannabis out of reach of children and animals to prevent their consumption by accident.

I will dispose of cannabis and cannabis related waste securely and responsibly.

I understand that Grizzly Herb staff are advisors only, and not a replacement for qualified health care professionals or diagnoses. I accept that Grizzly Herb makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees that cannabis will be effective for my particular medical condition(s)/symptoms.

I hereby agree for myself, my heirs, and executors to release and forever discharge Grizzly Herb and its owners and employees, jointly and severally from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by products purchased from Grizzly Herb. This extends and applies to, and also cover and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability and the consequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist.

I understand that Grizzly Herb does not provide liability insurance for the protection of any individuals or groups who may purchase and use products carried by Grizzly Herb. I accept that I use cannabis products entirely at my own risk.

I understand that due to the ever-changing legal status of medical cannabis and the industry, I assume all responsibility for my actions.

Changes

Grizzly Herb reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by posting on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect.

If you disagree with our changes, then you should stop using our Services within the designated notice period, or once the changes become effective.

Your continued use of our Services will be subject to the new terms.
